Hi im about to try pokefarmer again i had an account but it got banned,
and i was wondering if i use pokefarmer in a different continent like tokyo and i live in the us will it show that im in the usa to niantic or do i need to get a vpn,
and is it ok if i use nox to get on my pokemon go account to get gyms and stuff?
Also ive been hearing lately that there is a daily cap on catching pokemon and looting pokestops does anyone know what the caps r?

Hello, Yes use VPN or Proxy (IP) for botting outside your home location. Nox hmm... some friends of mine get a permaban for only used it normal (no snipe/GYM attack) in her home location. Gap: spin more than 2000 Pokestops/24h will gets you permabanned. Also, never catch more than 1000 Pokemon/24h.
