Would it be faster to grind....Or quest? with this bot? like quest version or just grinding?

Personally the quest bot at the moment is too glitchy to use, so stick with grinding for now. After cata is released and all the quests change better questing profiles will be made and then (and only then) would I be more willing to use questing profiles

My money is on Instancebuddy with enabled grinding while in dungeonqueue.
Getting 180k xp/hr on an unrested/non-heirloom level 67 hunter.

Tho you have to keep in mind that it would be a rather bad idea to afk while using IB.

1-60 questing (IB bugs in these low-level instances, and questing profiles here are solid) , 60-70 IB + grind (keep an eye on IB), 70-80 grinding / CTA weekend PvP.
