How do I get hb to use flight form when questing instead of riding around on ground mount am over 65 and it looks funny not using flying mount?

And also am using the item remover plugin but it keeps selling all my herbs should I delete this plug in in order to gather herbs properly

You need to add your herbs to the do not sell/destroy lists, and the flying have you typed in Swift Flight Form or Flight Form in the box in HB Settings & Tools.
