Noob,need some basic info

Hello,I'm new to botting , I want to start with only 1 account for the moment to see how's going,my questions are:

1. Which character+build is the best for doing that?
2. I'm level 1, want to start on torment league, what should I do botting from now or just level manually until a specified level ?
3. the setup and everything , which is the best guide around here?
