Just started up this week, I know its a huge risk and nothing is safe. My question is....Say I level a character to 100 paragon level without ban. Once I hit 100, I stop botting on the account all together. Would it still be bannable with just a lesser chance of getting hit or would it be at the same risk or none at all.

Once you've botted you might as well think of your account as dead. If you don't get caught (let's say you aren't banned during the next ban wave) then you'll probably be OK but there is no way to guarantee it.
