No Viable Target

Ok so I did a search and it came up with a couple of threads but Im having trouble running the newest HB using the "Singular" CC for a mage. Sometimes my pet will get into combat but my toon just stands there and in the HB window I get a message saying "[Singular] No viable target! NOT GOOD!"

Am I doing something wrong or is it just the CC?

I've added a log aswell

Thanks Tony worked like a charm, its a pity coz I liked that singular cc when it did attack mobs lol
