No Tankleader Key

I have just bought a tank Leader keys but not receive email .

what do I have to do?

register here www.buddyauth.com using the same email u used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key

I have try to register but there is an error. "Please use the email address you used during buddy product key purchase."

and I used the same email.
