dont use the installer.
Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

after that.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=St0xz-gf0zg

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

if you have problems then i need an honorbuddy log.
if you would, please post a full log as an attachment so we can see whats going on.

Hi, Levend,

I have tried support for over a week and got no response so I'm putting it out here.
This disturbs us. So, we looked at your post history, and your only previous issue was quickly resolved by the Support team. So, we've no idea what you are talking about.

This is the Windoze certificate chain bug. This article should help you sort this issue (see the "Repairing it manually" sub-section):

Do this first, THEN follow CodenameG's advice above.

And once again, as previously stated, the staff will be unable to assist you with Windows 10 problems at this time.

cheers,

My friend I send 2 emails and on 1 got a reply saying its in the hands of someone but never got a reply from him for a week I 'm old have disability and memory isn't much otherwise id remember the name and I can't check the email send, as by previous mod I was told to reinstall windows clean and lost everything. I have the bot running now on fresh copy and it's running well.
In the email I asked how do I go about getting another copy to work alongside the one I already have as I don't want the 3 options as I have no interest in running 3 wow accounts. I again send an email 2 days I go and still no reply so when you say you don't know what i'm talking about is rude and offending. I mean this is the second time I have been offended today one the other mode telling me of for simply saying thank you.
Anyway like I said the clean install of windows has fixed my problems and I can't thank enough the fellow who guided me through today plus the mod that told me to reinstall.

Found this email in google that I send 6 days ago.

to Demonbuddy,

Thank you for that. While I have you I want to buy one more so I can bot on my 2 accounts. As I run and multibox the two accounts from same wow folder how do I go about it as when I have 2 wow windows up honorboddy won't load for me so have to log out both accounts and load one before I can use it. I then load second account and all is fine. Also do I need a second account or when I buy it it will link with my other account and hence use the two accounts with out problems.

Thanks for your time.

[07:50:06.047 N] We couldn't find a compatible WoW process to attach to. There are 64-bit WoW processes running, but Honorbuddy is only compatible with the 32-bit version of the game.

Please use the Launcher in Honorbuddy folder to launch the game and Honorbuddy.

tHE PROGRAM CAN'T START BECAUSE msvcp110.DLL IS MISSING.
Now this is funny cause i have one account botting away and when i start the second one this happens. Same computer.
Wow is set to 32 bit Fresh copy of windows only video drivers updated and honorbuddy.

Hi again, Levend,

We don't understand why you think this is the problem:
Levend said:

As, this is now your problem:
[07:50:06.047 N] We couldn't find a compatible WoW process to attach to. There are 64-bit WoW processes running, but Honorbuddy is only compatible with the 32-bit version of the game

Your machine may not run ANY 64-bit WoWclient processes, if you want to use Honobuddy.

Honorbuddy requires a 32-bit WoWclient—a 64-bit WoWclient will not do. CodenameG has made this excellent video outlining all the ways you can correctly start the WoWclient in 32-bit mode:

Also, please do not cut-n-paste, but ATTACH the full log from the Honorbuddy that is having issues.

cheers,
chinajade

Ok like I said i'm old and I'm not 100percent. What I did was used the installer to install fresh copy which bot is still running nearly 3 hours in . Now I put the zip folder into another drive so I have to honorbuddys and it works fine. My problems I think were caused as I was trying to run 2 accounts from one if that makes sense.
Secondly when I try to launch wow with honorbuddy launcher it causes that missing dll so I had to run wow launcher got in game and was able to use the second account.

dont use the launcher, as long as wow is starting in 32bit mode, you DO NOT need the launcher.

See this is where confusion for an oldie could run into trouble which launcher are you talking about? honorbuddy launcher 1 wow launcher 2.
