No support for Win10?

I have tried support for over a week and got no response so I'm putting it out here maybe someone in the community may know.
I play two wow accounts and multibox them when I feel I need some extra fun as wow like most know can get boring over time.
I had one honorbuddy lifetime account and keep getting errors when I have two windows up botting one and actually playing the other.
This is a pain as I have to shut them both down restart the one I want to bot with then start up the other.
So I tried to get info from support as to the best way to get around and if I got a second account could that be linked to first so I don't have to keep punching in numbers in the logging screen.
So I bit the bullet and bought a second account anyway and now sometimes they work ok other times they crash which didn't happen when I was only using one account. Also I use to different wow folders and as I can't install 2 honorbuddy's I can only use one folder to run both.
Sorry for the long post as I'm new to botting and Multiboxing so have no idea how to get around this problem's.
Also if anyone knows much about that simple Multiboxing kit from the store does it work ok with 2 bots running eg questing together? As I use isboxer and its a pain to setup if your new lol.

First question: What operating system are you running? (ex: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
Second Question: What antivirus program(s) are you running?
Third Question: are you running wow in DX9 mode or DX11?

Win 10 I know no support for that. dx9 and errors are get is failing to launch because as I said 2 instances of wow are open so need to shut down both . the launcher always gets the this program is not working properly and will be shut down even though it launch wow and login screen appears. Then if I want to bot on my 2 accounts I launch to them and login in separately after I while they both crash.
Now with the 32 bit version of wow I set in in the wow launcher settings so its set up but when honorbuddy launches I don't know what it launches as as it isn't lauching the wow client just the wow.exe.

bypass the launcher then. just go to your wow directory rename/delete wow-64 and just launch wow.exe directly twice then launch the bot the bot will then ask you which instance you wish to attach to and you can take it from there. Instead of using the HonorBuddy Launcher just the Honorbuddy.exe to launch it instead.

Ok but I can't now as I can't get in as it comes up authentication servers are down .

Anytime man. I'm not seeing the auth servers as down right now though.... I just shutdown one of my HBs and re-logged into it without issue.

ohh no don't tell me that hum what now lol might have to try reinstalling it.
All good reinstall worked but lost all the profiles lol .

Very nice. its rare for the HB install to become corrupt like that but may be a sign of antivirus inference with the program.

Ya I hate when I lose a profile and have to remake it but doesn't happen very often.

thank you for all your help that got me going much appreciated now it they only merged the 2 accounts so I don't have to keep typing the long log in. lol

No problem man. If you email [email protected] they will merge your keys for you. i had mine merged with the following formated email:
Hello,
Can you please combine my key sessions into 1 key total? I have # total but its divided between two keys my two keys are: KEY1, KEY2 Thanks in advanced!

It was good while it lasted half hour or so lol, Now it hangs in log in screen once logged in says attached to wow so and so number and sits there.
 
You are running Honorbuddy as an administrator right? Normally this wouldn't be a issue but windows 10 could have additional security protocols in place that could cause it to be.

Additionally, which antivirus do you use?

Yeah running as admin and worked for a bit then windows did an update and restarted shut everything down then when I restarted I keep getting that hanging on the attached to wow thing . At this rate i'll never be able to make enough gold to buy a spectral tiger which has been my dream.

I use Norton 360

Tried everything like they say in other threads remove the visual stuff reinstalled buddy nothing seems to work.

I cant now as it wont reinstall lol ffs I feel like smashing this computer I did what you said in the other thread deleted the settings then buddy stopped working all together now it wont reinstall I tried unistaling the visual stuff and reinstalling to no go.
 
then think about reinstalling windows. as your system must have real problems if your jumping though as many hoops have you had.
