"No suitable grind or quest hotspots have been defined!" error. Help?

Hi, I tried creating a very simple grinding profile, but when I run it using Grind Bot I get this error:
"No grind or quest hotspots have been defined!
No suitable grind or quest hotspots in Pet Farming - Twilight Iguana."

I attached the profile. What am I missing there? I created it using the guide from: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/guides/38904-botanist-profile-making-guide.html

Any help would be appreciated.
