no profiles to pick from after i put in my product key and program opens

after i put in my product key and it goes to the select bot type program window there isnt anything what am i doing wrong

tried a new Hb installation from scratch?

do you mean profiles, as in profiles you've already downloaded from the forum?
or do you mean that there aint any "default" profiles (aka. leveling profiles etc.) ?
if you want profiles, just goto the forum, select "submitted profiles" and pick what you need..
download the file, when you get it (right click, and select open file location) and throw it into the HB folder (or any folder you have all your profiles in)
