No pop up when pressing load profile?

Hi
When I press Load Profile in Order bot the window just blinks and no pop up appears, any idea why?

Its still an issue, even with a clean install? I can press all the other buttons that gives a popup.

Uninstall all versions of .net and rerun the wizard.

Thank you it worked, I had a newer version of .net guess it doesn't work with that yet
