No Pokestops/Gyms farming.

Hello, is there way to set up Pokefarmer to farm specified area where i found specific pokemon nests but there is no pokestop/gym arround (nearest pokestop is like 10km away. I found 2 Dartini/Magicarp nests near eachother on some beach away from everything and i want bot ot farm only those 2 spots without going away from them. If that is possible i would like to know how to tell him to stay on that beach and take some sun and swimming Many thanx in advance.
