No Pokestops/gyms anywhere

Hey

I just retried to clear old dir, and redownload put in login/password i use ptc login. I put in my payed key from here activated around 1/9 and has been working up to now lvl 26 all seems ok i even set coords/altitude matching for my danish coords. The client can catch pokemon if i put it on one, from a map.. but there is no gyms or pokestops at all anywhere. Am i doing something wrong, or can i do something to make it run again?

I tried manual login to ptc all seems ok, so no ban as i can see.. I have never used the account on any telephone as of now.

Please advise me what to do?

Seems like the range of pokestops has decreased, when i moved it it found some.. and its now working again as intended... so this can be closed as no error

Can't see pokestops at all? Ensure your operating radius is not 0 with its feature checked. A good distance is about 200. (Settings>General "stay in radius of #")
