No plugins when I start up

edit: I allready did a full fresh install, wich solved the problem temporary. After a few hours the same problem occured.

make a new Trinity installation from scratch

make sure you are on latest

Thats what I allready did :x

another log attached, they were running fine now, all of a sudden they stand still in town.

heres one thing i noticed.
make sure your running the latest version of your relogger.

something accessing ItemRules.log but not letting go of it, i dont know if your relogger does that or whats going on. if you haven't completely restart your machine, maybe your anti-virus or something was doing something with it.
