No .NET framework of dbuddy?

My POS windows 8 computer WILL NOT UPDATE and WILL NOT INSTALL .net framework. I can't fucking fix it for the life of me.. and when dbuddy beta updated it now requires .net framework.. so i'm fucked. any suggestions?

apparently not on my windows 8. Everytime I go to start it up it says i need 4.5.1 installed. When i try to install 4.5.1 it doesn't work. Is there no beta version i can download anymore that doesn't require .NET?

if that was the case I wouldn't be posting here, lol. I can't run it, it gives me a .NET framework error. I can post a picture of the error if you'd like.

I get same thing on my laptop yet my desktop updated fine not sure what the deal is but inmy case I just copied it from desktop after downloading and updating there. desktop is windows 8 pro laptop is standard issue windows 8

I'm not sure how that will help.. I double click demonbuddy and immediately get that error. It doesn't even bring up the UI or anything. Just that immediate error. If I can get a link to the previous version before the mandatory .NET Framework update I'd be just dandy!
