No mount spell is know error

Hi i got a problem with Question when i use profile using selected files, i've tried 2 at the time and both of them get me this error:

so it cannot mount


My HB is at the lasted version

When i select profile from the Bstore it work without problem.
I've tried to select specific mount that i got, and it stil not working.

if the profile is on Bstore as well,you have to load it via Bstore

if not,inform the author plz
