no more life time keys?

Just decided to comeback and play now i have some free time. Tried to use my keys and found out they were expired? What the hell guys. I had 2 keys one for 3 sessions one for 1 session. I have bought well over $500 worth of product with in the buddy store. Upsets me to no end. Has anyone asked for a refund? As to they have falsely sold us this product.

You don't lose your buddy store items, you just have to buy new keys(if you wish), and attach them to the old account.

You cannot get a refund if it has been longer than 7 days after purchase.
