No more 6 month for first offense?

Reading in the ban report section seems like people are getting permabanned for their first offense.
So am I safe to assume there is no more 6 month, and only perma bans?

Looks that way doesn't it? The only times I've seen 6 months were during HB's banwave.

6 month is only ever on banwave. if you only see permanent or 72hr bans it means they are traditional GM/reports so that is a good thing!

Blizz is not static in their ways when it comes to bans. Just because they're handing out perma's right now, it doesn't mean that could change tomorrow. For all we know, it's one or two angry GM's that are doling these bans out right now. Some other GM tomorrow may give 3 day suspensions and some other GM the next day may hand out 6 month suspensions.

The only thing you can say for certain is you won't know a ban is coming until it hits you.

Why don't you ask Blizzard? Only they can tell you any why and what...

Nah, 1 week before the December HB banwave we had a similar case of first offense perma bans on other programs and some HB users. Of course majority weren't affected but those people that did asked the same question, then 1 week later 6 month and 18 month suspension happened so that went out the window.

that perma banned hb users nearly all admitted to using sbr, or ewt that was the reason for the perma bans not honorbuddy, if it was they of been put with the 7 day later 6 month/18month banwagon. i was in both banwaves in December.

8 hb bots 6 months

got a crapload of new ones on bliz sale, so keeping it going
