no mail after purchache

ik purched a new key

i can log in here i should have the same login information on authbuddy

but for some reason not working after password reset it says mail send but no mail recived

also hade 1 eye on the junk folder ofc

made a ticket on support no raction so far after 2 1/2 day

is there a waiting time avg for support or somthing else i can do ?
