cant you do it in HB settings? there should be something for mount ID and you get those from wowhead (i think)

Yes, its under settings, you can just type the name of the mount and uncheck the random option.

I got caught other the other day when someone noticed me swaping mounts randomly, it does look a little suspicious.

And... you can chide him for being jealous of your GoGoMount addon. I use it all the time--nothing strange about it.

You worked hard for those mounts, and spent a fair bit of virtual coin for some. You should enjoy the variety of your stable!

Use the name instead of the id. I don't know why but it just works so much better when you just use the name.

i unchecked random on one of my alts and that seemed to work ... however it doest work on any of my other toons and i cant figure out why. I think its a dead giveaway and default should be one mount for flying, one for ground. I meen seriously guys why make it so hard for people to use the bot ? evertime i watch my bot change mounts i wince and hope nobody is watching

It feels that way to you because you personally wouldn't play what way normally but there are many people who uses legit addons specifically to do this. I wouldn't worry too much about it from that perspective.

That being said here's what I've found. If I have a profile running when I make the change it might not save my new mount settings. If I use the id it may not do what I want either. The most dependable way I've found is to open HB and change the settings before doing anything else, enter a mount by name, uncheck random and click Save and Close.

And, Makkli is precisely on target with this one, also. Honorbuddy should be stopped when making any changes to settings. Otherwise, your settings might not 'stick'. This happens, because as a quest profile executes, it frequently alters certain settings. For instance, it will turn off all harvesting while doing an escort quest. If you alter the settings while the profile has temporarily altered them, your setting changes will be lost when the profile restores the original settings.
