No longer able to do a fresh Honorbuddy install

I followed all of the steps outlined in the missing dependencies to a meticulous tee. Uninstalled everything then reinstalled only in the order stated to, and at the step stated to with the necessary restarts.

now when i run the installed i get the same error as others with the following log:

Also in regards to http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index.php?title=BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing_Dependencies i noted you cannot actually fully uninstall asp.net in windows 10 at least from what i read here, and yes i know its talking about a Tech version, but its the closest thing to what i have: http://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/5385-how-uninstall-net-framework-4-6-a-3.html that said, am I to understand that if we need to do a fresh install and we are caught up in this "[2658:4324][2016-02-10T00:51:47]e000: Error 0x80070490: Failed to verify expected payload against actual certificate chain." line of error, we are in the dark for now? And for the record, no i'm not being snooty or a know it all, just a bit concerned as I have even tried disabling all antivirus protection, including windows defender, added all foleders and files to white list manually, and ran the rat race as is listed in the missing dependencies, ect ect. All to absolutely no avail. I am just frusterated is all since this all started because of CavaPlugin being a butthead and not working as seen in my prior post. Also yes I tried to do a rollback and no luck.

After trying literally everything and doing a uninstall and an install from an old install file and upgrade, i boot up honorbuddy and it locks up on me now... Adding a log file to try to help.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
