No Legendaries iLvl 61 or higher?

Do not know if this is just my luck so I thought I should ask haha. I have gotten about 6 legendaries, all have been ilvl 60 lvl 59 required tho. Do not know if my bot doesn't pick any others up or if Act 1 doesn't drop any higher ones, (I use updated Gilesstashreplacer) Was just wondering hehe.

Patch 1.0.4

All item level 61 set pieces have been increased to item level 63 (excluding rings and amulets), and had their base item changed from late hell/early inferno to late inferno.

You can still get 61 legendary in act 1 but anything higher than 62 is in later acts.

Was this in the patch notes? I thought every act had a chance to drop different legendaries, and what is the lowest act for ilvl 63 legendaries?

Are you sure? You can drop ilvl63 items in act1, why can't it be possible to drop ilvl63 legendary in act1? Yes, you should get like 6-7 times less legendaries than before, because 63 drops that much times less in act 1, but still they should be there, should they not?

I've found tons of legendaries (like a whole 3 page stash full of them) running A1 before and after 1.0.4 but I've never found an ilvl 62-63 Legendary and I've ran it for about a month now. So I just gave up on it and did 1 Act 3 run manually and found 2 ilvl 63 legendaries in the first run. So from my experiences, I can safely say 62-63 legendaries dont drop in A1.

highest i've gotten was ilvl61 Skull ring, brain fart forgot name. but its one of the best rings in game for barbs

From the loots of 5 account farming in A1 for 5 days, I'm sure the highest lvl of legendaries in A1 is 61, and I guess 62 for A2.
