There is no (Public) 90-100 for Horde yet.

It doesn't even matter now if there are only alliance profiles (or horde), because HB will be down as soon as WoD is released and will come back only after the first weeks. Until that happens, Kick is able to make Horde version of the profiles, i believe. For now, go level by hand xP
