No key received after purchase

Purchased license 6 hours ago but still no key sent to my email. Have already contact support 5 hours ago but no reply either. please help

Same here. Key purchased on 14:17 gmt+1 but no key. I did get an order conformation, but no key.

Can somebody look into this?
