No hero power on Warlock

Playing ranked. The bot does not use hero power for warlock when it has 2 mana left after playing all possible cards.

Actually, managing warlock hero power (which consumes 2HP) need a better logic (avoid commiting suicide for example...). We prefer to let it disabled currently.

It'll be enabled soon. I'm rewriting it to use lifetap before doing any plays at all rather than at the end though. It opens up new options and stuff.
