No frozen enemy, tried to play Shatter

Hey,

I was playing on my mage and the bot chose Shatter from Ethereal Conjurer. After that there were no frozen enemy and he got struck trying to play Shatter over and over. I stopped the bot and restarted it during the game and he did the same thing - stuck on trying to play Shatter.
