No fly mound?

i purchased 3 sessions and i can't use fly mount
the bot insists it use ground mount
DK LV83
questing
Profile kickass's
tried other as gather and it used Ground mount

i can't explain it any other way

it flies to and from places
it does not fly while doing an objective (ie: killing monsters, collecting items)

Hb supports flying mounts on AB,GB2 and QuestBot modes

on Questbot mode you also need a profile that supports flying mounts
