You should be able to give the closest ETA u can think of, If you cant give an ETA that means it could never be fixed. So i dont wanna take the time to wait cuz it is possible it may never be fixed... Refund? I know nothing about the AUTH servers. SO are we talking, serveral minutes? hours, days? weeks? months? or years. You should be able to give an estimation!

If they were as fast with solving their(!) problems as with closing threads they don't like, there wouldn't be a problem at all ...

i don't know, i have no information AT ALL. when the devs tell US something we will post it in the announcement thread and YOU will know whats going on.

obviously we want the shortest amount of time possible as we don't like it being down anymore then you do, but im not going to lie to you and give you some random date and time off of the top of our heads, as we know you guys are smarter then that and you deserve to know more then that.

its just me closing threads so we dont end up with 500 threads with people asking the same information, and closing a thread is 2 mouse clicks, and whatever i decide to write, not resolving a network issue or re-writing software.
