I know people are having problems with HonorBudddy at the moment but it may be something simple tha you can do till the team fixes it.
I was having problems with it since I bought it also. I just left it on in the background while doing what ever on the internet. I check back 5 minutes later and the bot was doing it job! I know this might not work for all of you but I just thought that I should share it would you guys just in case it does work
