No data for Expansion01_26_33.etm

Already cleared mesh folder and restarted WoW and HB.

clear again your mash folder,we changed stuff meanwhile

Folder cleared again, didn't help...still stuck at "No data for Expansion01_26_33.etm"

create a new folder under Hb main folder and name it Meshes
then go at settings and tools panel and set that new folder as your Mesh folder

made a folder name "Meshes" under HB main folder and changed the directory to this folder after running the HB but I am still getting this error.

I'm getting the same issue, I'm currently stuck at Downloading Meshes with it not doing anything from all appearances.

Sorry Tony, forgot to mention in my last post that I did create a new mesh folder. Completely new folder, empty, still not getting any mesh data.

try flushing your dns cache and see if that helps. if not upload a new log as an attachment please.
