Okay, I cleared the folder and restarted everything, went to take a shower then it happened while I was in there. Heres another log. Edit: I am still logging in with a username since I bought lifetime back in the day, could the fact that I'm not using a key to login be causing this? I also want to say that the support team here is really outstanding! Keep up the good work

hmm,are you on a normal network?
looks like port 5031 is closed

I live in the boonies. My connection is like a dish that sends a signal to some thing or other and it ends up going through comcast or whatnot, I think its microwaves or something.... Latency is good and all, but it is my connection not some wierd connection that I'm stealing or w/e.... Is there any way to open that port? I'm not savvy enough to know exactly what that means

If you're not technical enough to figure that out by yourself, I'm afraid not.

See now, I don't get why you even bothered posting man, I came to the support forums for assistance. Im not really looking for your type of feedback, so keep it to yourself.

In your case the problem is on on the port
looks like sometimes you are loosing connection on our servers, thats your network

Add an exception for Hb on your firewall(lets make sure that is not a firewall issue) and restart your router as well
