No botting for 48 hours and banned?

Okay, I decided to take Monday and Tuesdays off because I hear they did scans on those days. As soon as those two days were over, I got BANNED, what the heck?

Before the 48 hours, I was using MIMIC and HB, was trying out both.

I'm pretty sure MIMIC got you banned then. You took the chances.

Blizzard usually put some delay on bans, so the user shouldn't know exactly what banned him. In this case, either mimic or hb got you banned. But my guess is that you either got banned for using mimic, or because of a player report. Edit: Was it 3d or perma?

Yeah I used mimic for like 4 days and copped a perma ban. Been using HB ever since (probs over a month?) and just about to ding my 2nd 80 with no suspensions or bans. I realise that it doesn't consitute a statistically valid sample, but my guess would be that it was mimic, HB is FAR more natural

Scans aren't carried out on certain days, the bans usually are.

It was probably while I was using the pvp bot, the bot was so machine like anybody could have guessed that I was using it
