No auth key

I bought the 3 months auth key for pokefarmer. I didnt receive it. I couldnt create an account on the auth page, it says that i must use the same email i used when i bought the key, but when i put that email it says that
an account with that email already exists. Fianlly when i put the option to resend password the bloodie thing tells me that there is no account with that email! This must be a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want my auth key!!!
