No Auth Key

I recently purchased a month but did not receive a authentication key. I also tried to use Buddy Auth. but it keeps saying use the email address tied to my purchase, which it is. As well I have submitted a ticket and gotten no response from support. Some advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
 
well when we reply to [email protected] they dont anwser so i dont know what to do instead of just spamming email [email protected] all over the place could someone not post a solution to all the hundreds of key issues on the forums instead like for real there are hundreds of people here Bossland GmbH who have not got an anwser so any help at all would be welcome thanks
 
Key delivery is almost instantaneous, or a few minutes at worst. If you have not gotten the email, you need to check the spam directories on both your mail client and server-side.

As a worst case, create your account on the Buddy Auth Portal, and your keys are available there. This article will get you started with that process:


You'll have to wait for them to respond to you. Unless your key is already on Buddyauth.
 
ive tried making an account on auth buddy and its a no go as for waiting for a response do you know roughly how long it takes them now since that seems to be my only option atm
 
Support didn't even help in my case, they just cancelled my payment giving no reasons whatsoever. Therefore I attempted to purchase the 3 months again only to receive the same error when trying to register the email on buddyauth and no further response from support. I'm trying to be as polite as possible on every message but your lack of support or even answers is getting my nerves wrecked.
