No answer from support check ?

Hi did a thread yesterday i didnt get any key after i bought one and no one today either and i have send all information you said i should send this "support" how long does it take to answer some answers from your support i have give all information and i want key

Hi, Zleppr,

Didn't see your "yesterday" post. It can sometimes take up to 96 hours for the Bossland GmbH front office to respond to those mails. I'd make certain you post in the Support forum for issues like this, so it gets in front of the right people.

In the meantime...

  • Check your junkmail folder for the email you were sent.
    Many have the email wind up in there for some reason.

  • Create an account with the same email you paid for the product on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
    Your key will also be available there, and you can just copy-n-paste it to get going.

I have regist same mail on authbuddy portal and no key there so i got an answer that i should send my Transactions-id and i have send it and no answer please this starting to irritating me

Hi, Zleppr,

Soulravager's point is valid. There is absolutely nothing--other than provide information--that we users can do to help with your problem.

The forums are largely user-to-user communication. If you want Bossland GmbH to see your problem, you'll need to make an appropriate post in the Support forum (as I stated in my previous reply to you). The Support forum is largely the only forum guaranteed to be seen by Bossland GmbH employees.
