Why don`t you just take your char to the zone where there is already a profile made ?
Night-elf zone is horrible and beside you can only get to lvl 25-ish ( Ashenvale ) , then you HAVE to either go to 1k-Needles or load another profile for Eastern Kingdoms , Duskwood .
IMO just load the human 1-60 profile , and take your char there at lvl 5-6 . would take max 45minutes to get lvl 6
