Why the bot come with the pausing feature ?

Everytime start the bot , it will show Next pause at pokestop is in ** minutes...

And when the time is up , the bot will pause the game for 15 minutes & doing nothing......

How to disable the pause ? or change the pause duration ?.....

The bot works this way in order to avoid your account being banned. If Niantic's servers see that you have been playing constantly for a prelonged period then it is immediately obvious that it is a bot playing and not a human. I strongly recommend you keep this feature on. It might just save you from getting a ban.

you can't change duration. It's assigned at random.

Settings > General . . . In the right hand pane Under the heading "Speed Limits" there is a tick box that says "Stop Randomly on Pokestops and take a break." Untick it to disable. . . but I really, strongly advise against it. As I said before: This feature is there to help you avoid being banned.

You can't change the duration of the stop or how often they occur. They are random and designed this way deliberately to emulate how a human would play the game.
