news on huge bot ban

i was wondering if this particular bot was effected by the huge bot ban that happened today. any news would be good.

Nope, because honorbuddy isnt detected by warden and if it was a tripwire would knock all users off to avoid a ban wave.

ya it was huge supposedly it effected every major bot on the market. i would be careful runnin your bots for the next day or 2. im glad this one didnt get hit.

As kameha5th said: Link? If it's "effected every major bot on the market", then you should be able to provide several links - forum posts, announcements... something more than a single person here declaring it. (Side note: what other existing bots other than HB would be considered 'major'?)

I even took the liberty to go check on OwnedCore - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides and nothing shows up.

If there were any ban waves, owned-core would be the first to hear it.

I remember my first ban wave, it felt like like mmoglider was hit by DDOS by well over half the world. Banwaves dont ninja, everyone knows if a ban wave hits.

there obviously isnt one, maybe the OP read an old news story with the wrong date or perhaps the date was in a different configuration, not every place on the internet uses the Month/Day/Year format, here on HB we use Day/Month/Year, so its entirely possible he read something that was old.
