- The permanent injunction might be off for selling Glider... or it might just be for me to sell it if I wanted to without MDY Industries. It's confusing to me, but some smarter guys will figure it out. Bottom line: there's a slight chance Glider might go on sale again, but don't get your hopes up.

that mean blizzard lost a big part of the trial

Glider is dead, weather they win that trial or not. The reason being is that they are so outdated and behind the current patch it just isn't likely for them to come back either way.

Hum hum, The owner of Glider would be at risk for a lot of money and jail time for not following court order, If you look into it, He was forced to stop distribution and possibly development of the bot (Distrubtion = Sales, And well you know what development means)
Another thing is Mercury is been too busy lately to do any work on the bot, and if Mercury gave the bot source to ANYONE including to developers it would be violating court order. And with all that legal business I truly DOUBT mercury could of been doing all these updates on his own with NO help.
And what the heck is "hihi" supposed to mean?

They were ordered to take down, and not distribute, that doesn't mean that they couldn't work on the bot for personal use.
