Hello all! im kinda new to the program but i have some questions if someone is willingly to help

1. Is there any way to just collect items?
2. how many hours a day should you bot without having the risk of getting banned?
3. Why is it not saving Great ball, Ultra balls and so on. i seem to have a endless supply of pokeballs but no great or ultra.
4. What are the best locations to use it? ive been using New York and was wondering if there is any reccomendations

Also if anyone has a link to a guide through all of the settings on this that would be awesome!

Yes, Settings > General > Logic > Loot Pokestops

2. how many hours a day should you bot without having the risk of getting banned?

Varies and depends on how many pokemons/ pokestops you get, I bot 12 hrs a day/ jogging/ break in stops and stay near lured stops with no issues

3. Why is it not saving Great ball, Ultra balls and so on. i seem to have a endless supply of pokeballs but no great or ultra.

In Settings > Inventory, put a tick near Recycle item Greatball/Ultraball and keep ### ... keep in mind these balls unlock after certain level (for ex: great ball after lv10)

4. What are the best locations to use it? ive been using New York and was wondering if there is any reccomendations

You are recommended to stay low in pokemons and stops as much as you can to avoid bans, so if you found a park or lake stay within its radius

1- yes
2- no scientific proven number, i would suggest to be extra safe (5 hours max)
3- because you have "always use best ball first" option, use other ones preferably the CP strategy option
4- the recommendation is to not make any humanly impossible teleportation, otherwise there are places like santa monica pier and pier 39 san fran

all options are really easy to figure you, if you read them well, join discord for unofficial fast response or wait for official support.
