Newb: Stuck in Uldah but bot wants Drybone

The bot is broken!

To resolve the issue, I went to the internet and studied the map to figure out how to get my character to Drybone. Once, I got there the bot started working again.

Obviously, I was still under level 10 the first time this happened. To resolve the issue, I went to the internet and studied the map to figure out how to get my character to Drybone. Once, I got there the bot started working again. However, this happens far too often with the Orderbot quest profiles. Almost every level there is a quest where the Orderbot questing profile gets lost. This requires reading through pages of log files in order to find where the bot needs to be. Then, if you are new to the game (as I am) you have to go to the internet and research the best way to get your character from his present location to the location where the bot wants him to be. This takes a huge amount of time. The orderbot questline is broken.

The bot should be teleporting to the different Atherytes. You can unlock them by running to them and clicking on the big crystal. I suggest unlocking them all before running most profiles.

No problem, I just updated my thread "Noobie Tutorial" with some more information on Combat Routines and Quest links. I think a lot of people are trying to use the bot as a new player to Final Fantasy 14 so I would like to make the transition as easy as possible so the community grows.

I had played WoW for a couple of years befoe I started using Honorbuddy. Still, it was amazing to see all of the things the bot Combat routine and profiles did that I did not know how to do. Honorbuddy finished quests that I had thought were broken. So, when I started FFXIV, I started out with the bot to learn from watching it. It has been a good teacher, and your Tutorial definitely helped a lot.
