New wow account but till on same battle.net account, any risk?

Hi, got my account perm banned last year for minging and then selling the gold. Got a new account that I´ve been playing on like 6 months without botting. Just got the lvl 90 boost and dont want sit the hours and skill mining. Is the risk higher for me to get banned since I already have a banned account?

And if I get caught, will I get perm ban or 72hr?
