New VM and this is the error i get

I just installed .net framework 4 because db beta wouldnt run without it so after the install this is what i get
also when i try to run D3 without -w -launch it sit's at updating files forever and never finishes *copy thats updated*

This is because I didnt have C++ installed

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
