New version wont work

I started my WoT and then TL as usual and got asked if I wanted to download newest version and said yes....the installer crashed and when I tried the zip file it now has a windows pop up saying it wont work either.View attachment 2015-01-25 16.00.txt

i've got the same problem and if i dont make update bot dont want to work ...
