New user looking for advice

I just started using HB and i was wondering if someone could advise me on some good profiles and plugins. I'd like to work on getting some horde characters to 85 whilst gathering herbs/ore/skinning. With minimum babysitting. I would also like to make as much profit as possible too.
Could anyone give me some ideas on which profiles and plugins are best.

Least amount of babysitting if you take a flying route. Once you get flying you set your char to harvest ore/hebrs with Gatherbuddy or you use Archeologybuddy (my favorite way to lvl 60-85).

Grinding has a bit less babysitting then Questing, however most quest profiles are very good, you must read what the author writes in the post becuase most quest profiles will state what you should/can/cannot do. For instance some quest profiles will say you cannot lvl your char manually because if you miss a certain quest it will keep on snowballing and in the end you will end up as many others do whining about a broken profile when in reality you made a mistake and did not follow guidelines of the profile.

What exactly are you looking for? a leveling profile? or are you looking to make cash?

Levelling profile that requires very little attendance. And also if poss some advice on what plugins to run along side it to maximise profit whilst i'm levelling
