Wondering if we will get an update today on how things are progressing. I would think AT LEAST a weekly update.
Apple or Microsoft don't communicate updates on major tweaks or even updates on major patches for virus fixes etc. No business is entitled to share development with you. Even small webpage developers... This is even more true when looking at the cat and mouse game of hacking / botting.
They owe you zero communication. Stop feeling entitled. Nothing in the real world works this way.

Respectfully I disagree with you.
Obviously you could never run a business because you would loose your customers overnight. That's all I would say about that. It's not about OWED it's about CUSTOMERS SERVICE. We are their customers and their goal should always be to keep us happy. I am not saying they have to give us details but for the same reasons they offer any updates they should just drop in and update us. It's called good customer service.

You are clueless honestly about business. If a businesses core product was down updates would be streaming like a river. You are either naive, stupid or both. Customer service is how business gets done. If you don't know that you are just stupid.
HB has one thing going for it right now. NO REAL COMPETITION. If they did they would act differently or close doors. They pissed off many support devs over the years loosing many key devs that contributed to the profiles database. If competition existed and this god complex like you are saying existed where they BELIEVED they should not care to update their clients they would have lost their base and quickly.

Show me one company or game release that gives your a development timeline updates with time stamps or even updates to an ETA. I'll wait....
There is no customer service that goes into development. You don't get an inside look into a company unless your working with them or an investor.
Not sure if you've heard about this huge crowdfunded game called Star Citizen.![]()
Never saw a development timeline besides announcing shit they've fixed or started working on which both had zero ETAs.
Only other updates were events planned to generate more money for additional CGI etc all while trying to compete with GTA V in regards to size and development hurdles.

Obviously I'm not expecting anything of that scale from Bossland but even a simple "Ya sorry guys gonna take a couple more weeks etc." would be nice. But seeing as the last update did say "It might take a few hours or even a week" mind not weeks but a week if it's just a misspell raphuses part then I'll leave it that. I don't need a precise ETA simply an update.

A simple few words will do wonders. I always complain about their lack of communication. I never took it to be literal but in all honestly they should look at what they tell us and say hey....darn did not really mean to say a week. Let's just say something to keep them up to date.
