Ive tried disabling Framelock and it still does not help. Any suggestions?

set wow to a higher prio ( from normal ) , not highest
set HB to a lower prio ( from normal ), not lowest
iirc it was this, i had this lag issue a while back and someone fixed it for me with this.
Can be the other way around, just try bot ways.
might have nothing to do with it, but at least you can try something.
