So I was going to create a new bnet account when I realised a new "checked box" was added when you create a new bnet account

wtf.webp

I used to create a lot of new account since i used a lot of SoR and this line was NEVER here before

transalation :

"I accept and agree the anti-cheat program of World of Warcraft and agree that Blizzard can install and use an anticheat software on my computer in this case"

So it's maybe this shit that make us ban this quickly

Interesting, North America doesn't have this.

Why would anyone agree for some Anti-Virus to be installed on their computer. Even from a non-botter point of view that's pretty disgusting of blizzard

Could this be the reason behind the recent influx in bans? If they have added this software before they added the checkbox, there will be one hell of a shit-storm.

I doubt they have though. Surely if they did, there would have been a true banwave, with all users banned, right?

Update

Since I still have a batllechest key I got for 5? i wanted to try it anyway, so i entered my key then a wild new warning message has been added

"World of Warcraft : Anti cheat ToS

Please read and accept the anti cheat ToS to continue

In order to offer to all our players the same game without cheats, World of Warcraft monitor the computer used to conenct into the game in order to detect third party programs lanched at the same time as World of Warcraft
By clicking "accept and continue" you understand and accept that Blizzard is able to scan your computer. If you dont allow Blizzard to do so you cant register a World of Warcraft account"

This is the first time I see this message and I dont really think it's a coincidence with all the recent bans

I used to play League of Legend while botting and recently (about 1.5 month) there were so strange lag spikes with high MS (over 1000) during 1 or 2 min while playing, never had those before, i wouldnt be surprised if those scans can explains theses lags since I dont have theses lags when no WoW accounts are running in the background

(i) the Random Access Memory ("RAM") that is occupied by a Blizzard Game to confirm that the Blizzard Game's program has not been altered or "hacked" in violation of the Blizzard Games Terms of Use;

(ii) the Blizzard Games "process" to determine if any unauthorized third-party programs or computer code has been attached to the Blizzard Games process; and

(iii) the Windows Process List to determine if any confirmed hacking or cheating programs are presently open in violation of the Blizzard Games Terms of Use.

Been in the anti cheat EULA for ages - thing is they are not allowed to scan your procceses legally, they are only allowed to scan within the wow client (and within the wow client, HB is not detectable, and if it was detected, it would automatically shutdown via tripwire. in other words: I highly doubt this is to blame for the reason bans.

they are only allowed to scan within the wow client

please read the whole thread, by clicking on accept you agree that blizzard can install a program to check our shit

I'm 100% aware of EULA. i'm talking about something they ADDED these last days in the ToS, they are clearly talking about "install and use an anticheat software on the computer", It's a program (NOT the wow client) they can install in your computer to check all the process running on windows.

Yeah nice going Blizz, but i?m 95% sure that a program from Blizz that watchs all your processes is still against the law^^ if its focused on WoW.exe ect. than it?s a "warden 2.0" it coud be a problem in the future but there is no prof that a program like this is online in the moment. The banns now is no big deal at all, its like Uldum 2.0 again the areas are being watched with a scriptbann if you have X/Y nodes p/H for an fixed amount of time you get banned. If HB got detected it woud affect all Boters including Questbot ect. and not only GB users.

Thats my opinion anyway.

That still wouldnt explain everyone getting banned on paid accounts before they introduced this new 'ToS Line'

Where did you get such a cheap battle chest ? :D

Yes, if this was detecting HB, we would all be banned and anyone that attempted to use the bot would be instantly banned....

Kind of relates to my post from other day:

http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...ght-now-banchance-50-75-a-11.html#post1135054

especially this part;

"Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been repeatedly used on multiple occasions by your account, and that the suspension will remain.

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program is a program which

I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft.

In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard Entertainment may

a) communicate information back to Blizzard Entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been repeatedly used on multiple occasions by your account, and that the suspension will remain."

They could well indeed have a new .exe running through the launcher - but i dont launch wow via the launcher and i havent been banned - but i would expect to of been banned as i raped GB on 4 accounts and lazy raider and questing :(

Theres something strange occurring comrade

Just want to repost my post from other thread where nobody realy care about anything ecxept fuck each other heads.

Hi, if u just look to users\All Users\Blizard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache\ folder, u will find there a lot of sub folders, some contain files with .auth extention, that files is upx archived exe files. Why bliz hide some renamed exe files in cache folder. One person told me, he did analized one of it, and it have such api functions as GlobalMemoryStatus, GetDiskFreeSpaceExA, GetCurrentProcessId, GetCurrentThreadId, GetProcessHeap. That can be just ordinary battlenet auth related files, but still why to hide it. May be its just a paranoia, i dont know. Anybody have any info about that files?
