just wondering i just started running this and have never been through a patch whats the usual down time and do i need to do anything like redownlad honorbuddy after its updated to get it working again . thanks for any input in advance

It depends on the patch. From what I read there was memory changes in the game client - so it may be longer than usual.
Normally it'll take a few hours, but there has been cases where its taken days.

If the game client has change then yes you will need to download a new version of HB.. Out of the box if you just run HB once the new version is ready- it should let you know there is a new update and ask you if you would like to update.. Generally speaking this works for 90% of cases.

Depending on your setup sometimes a fresh install in needed, due to settings getting messed up and what not... Try for a update first if that fails do a clean install.

It looks like a release is pretty much ready to go.. so hang tight.

Happened to me too lol, I was like WTF. Good thing I had a addon called MySlot. I just ran the config I saved and it Re-Did all my Addons exactly how I had them and put them where I had them on my screen. Very useful addon.
